TRIO Featured in TheDigitel

We will pat ourselves on the back – but only for a second – and share what was posted today by a local media outlet, TheDigitel:

Mount Pleasant, SC — Trio Solutions Inc. has weathered the economic storm and has come out stronger and better than ever. Last year, the Mount Pleasant-based creative marketing agency celebrated its 10-year anniversary and brought on several new staff members, as well as launched a new brand identity and website. In addition to Trio’s founder and president, Jessica Munday receiving the Post and Courier Marketer of the Year award from the Charleston American Marketing Association, Trio also brought on several notable clients in 2011.

Kenzie Benthall joined Trio as a marketing assistant and provides administrative support to the team, assists with media buying and event planning projects. A native of Florence, SC, Benthall is a 2005 graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management. She is currently pursuing a master degree in clinical psychology from The Citadel. Prior to joining Trio, Benthall was an event coordinator with Aflac.

Jordan Freeman oversees Trio’s social media services and is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for the company’s clients. Originally from Charlotte, NC, Freeman received her bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in marketing from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining Trio, Freeman was a marketing specialist with Little Dog Advertising Agency.

Caitlin Ramsey joined Trio as a marketing intern immediately after earning a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Georgia in May 2011. After completing the internship she continued to work with the company as a marketing assistant, as well as helps with event planning and media relations. Originally from Tampa, Fla., Ramsey moved to Charleston after college to begin a career in public relations.

Melissa Thomas joined Trio to oversee the company’s web services division. She is responsible for project management and deployment of all website projects for the company’s clients. Originally from Birmingham, Ala., Thomas received her bachelor’s degree in English from Newberry College in 2006. Thomas worked as director of new media on the Vincent Sheheen for Governor campaign before joining Trio.
Caitlin Wentz joined Trio as an intern and began working with the company while completing her bachelor’s degree in graphic design at the Art Institute of Charleston. A Rock Hill native, Wentz remained with Trio following her graduation to support the company’s art department as a graphic design assistant.

Over the past few months, Trio has brought on several notable accounts including the Kiawah Island Community Association, Georgia Health Sciences University, Adams Wilson Development and Sir Halley’s Restaurant in Charlotte, NC.
