CREATEATHON CLIENT LOGIN

Our Roots

From our first client - The Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia - to our current client base of nearly 80 accounts, we have cultivated a work environment that propels our team members to the highest level of performance. Our philosophy has neither changed nor wavered through the years. We still believe that our purpose in all that we do, as individuals and as a company, is wrapped up in this simple philosophy: "Work hard. Enjoy Life. Make a Difference."

Humble Beginnings

After completing her master's degree in health administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, founder and president of TRIO, Jessica Munday set out to make her own way in the world of marketing communications. From a home office with just herself as "Team TRIO," Jessica started to cultivate the invaluable relationships that would bolster her "baby" into notoriety within the Charleston area.

Practicing what she preached, Jessica developed a business and marketing plan for TRIO, which to this day steers the company throughout each 12-month period. The foundation, composed of a strong mission, vision and clearly developed strategies for growth and development, which was laid during the infancy of TRIO, has created the stability a small business requires to weather the storms of economic recession and natural fluctuation in demand for services.

More Than a Team of One

A strong advocate of developing and implementing a strategic view of marketing communications for any company, Jessica followed her determined roadmap, which in turn grew TRIO's business, and enabled TRIO's team to grow, as well. Ironically, TRIO has grown exclusively over the years through word-of-mouth and referrals. It's not often that you find a marketing company that does little or no marketing itself.

What began as a one-man shop has grown to include a dedicated, talented group of creative-types. The team at TRIO represents diverse backgrounds, but together are rooted in the philosophy of the business.
